It's always fun to look at the challenger designs and try to guess who actually designed each one.
I (in all honesty) have never been very good at guessing games. How good are you? The one thing with a crochet challenge like the Battle of the Stitches is that each designer has a unique sense to their designs - usually. We ask each of them to think outside of their norm and some of these match ups will surprise you and others you can see simple little things that could help you guess the designer behind them if you are an avid follower.
So, let's see if you guessed any of them right...
MNE Crafts designed the Enchanted Winter Wonderland Capelet. This is such a pretty design and reminds me of the large capes that many Disney princess characters are seen wearing. This would be great for staying warm on those chilly afternoons and how pretty would this be on your little girl as part of her Halloween costume!!
Grammys Creations designed this fun Snowed In Royalty Beanie. With such a unique style to this hat, Royal is the perfect word to describe it! The beautiful snowflake on top will make anyone think of the"Frozen" another great option for Halloween coming soon or just to keep warm on those long cold days ahead.
Katie's Crochet Goodies came up with the Braided Cable Cup Cover. How awesome would it be to make up a bunch of these as gifts for teachers or neighbors! Many would love this with a gift card to their favorite coffee shop and others would enjoy some covers with a can of their favorite hot chocolate mix. I know this design will be used by many and gifted to many more!

Round 3 Design Reveals and Fan Favorite Voting
Each challenger was asked to create a design using the Braids and Cables crochet stitch and Winter Wonderland theme. We love the texture that this stitch brings to each design and it is Perfect for winter items.
What do YOU think of when you hear "Winter Wonderland"? I love the snow (as long as I'm inside snuggled up with my blanket, yarn and crochet hook)
It's such a beautiful site to look out at the fields and mountains around me after a fresh downfall of snow. That crisp clean air and sparkly white blanket of untouched snow is just amazing!
I also enjoy watching my kids play in it and build snowmen or snow families.
Now that you've tried to guess what each sneak peek could end up being, head over to the Battle of the Stitches website and see how you did. All 12 challenger designs have been revealed and the voting has begun. Go vote for your favorite and be entered to win a copy of Round 3's magazine issue to be released October 1st. All of these designs in 1 great place - it's a Must Have!
