We were excited to have her join our first ever crochet competition and love seeing her work. We asked her what she's been up to since the challenge and this is what she had to say...

yarny friends! It feels like the First Ever Battle of the Stitches was
AGES ago! (Kimberlie designed the awesome Rockies Drawstring Bag -shown to the left - for her design) Maybe that's because I've been hard at work, designing new
patterns for you! I can't wait for you to see all the new designs I have in the testing process, also!It was really fun competing in BOS, and the pressure to finish on a time-crunch was something that actually helps drive me. Maybe that helping now in my current contest: a small design competition in a crochet group which is my home - HodgePodge Crochet. Details? 6 designers are competing to finish secret patterns for a shrug design. On November 23rd, we'll be anonymously unveiling the designs and opening the voting process. Voting will end on November 29th and the WINNER will be announced on the 30th. Its been really fun and I can't wait for it to start!
