Round 11 - Meet the Challengers Part One

It's that time again. Battle of the Stitches is gearing up for another fantastic round of awesomeness!

This round I thought it would be fun to tell you a little more about the designers. Their favorite design from their shops, our favorite design from their shop, and something neat that you might not know or expect from each of them! Let's get started:

Challenger #1: Carol Rupprecht from Sweet Potato Crochet Creations

Carol's favorite design from her shop is: Chelsea Waves Slouch

Our pick from her shop: Painted Belle Epoque Chanel

Fun Fact: Carol knows American Sign Language (ASL)! Too awesome!! (It's on my bucket list!)

Challenger #2: Tera Kulling from Trifles N Treasures

One of Tera's favorite designs from her shop: Majestic Owl Tote

Our pick from her shop: Super Trucker Playset

Fun fact: Tera is potato obsessed, she can't get enough, and she loves to eat them any way, but raw! (I agree Tera, potato is the best!)

Challenger #3: Christine Naugle from Sweet Potato 3

Christine's favorite pattern from her shop: Convert A Cowl to Hat

Our pick from her shop: Mitten Bunting Advent Calendar

Fun fact: This summer Christine ran the Galena Summit, a vertical climb of over 1,300 feet! She is one amazing & tough lady!! (Life goals!)

Challenger #4: Amber Millard from Divine Debris (New Challenger)

Amber's favorite pattern from her shop: Sally Skulls Bag

Our pick from her shop: Angela Scarf

Fun facts: Amber LOVES comic books and live tweets when she reads them...AND she has a BA in Art History (we couldn't decide which was cooler, so you get to learn two new things about her today!)

That's all of the reveals for today!

Comment below if you learned something new about these designers today! Do you have something in common with them? We'd love to hear about it!

Thanks for popping in to learn more about our awesome challengers! Stay tuned for the next challenger reveal this week!
